Our partners & supporters

Lights Out Louisville thanks the below organizations for supporting our program and helping us make migration safer for birds.

Our building and commercial partners help make migration safer for birds by choosing to reduce their non-essential indoor and outdoor lighting at night during peak bird migration months.

Our nonprofit and advocacy partners help us educate public and private stakeholders about how artificial light at night negatively impacts birds and other wildlife—as well as humans—and reduces our ability to appreciate a clear night sky and understand our place in the universe.

Any organization can join at no cost and support the Lights Out Louisville program: Fill out a short form to enroll your organization, or a commercial building you own, operate, or lease. You’ll be featured as our supporter and partner here, on our About page, and on our social media channels.
