What we ask of our volunteers:

Be responsive to email and communicate regularly with our Education and Outreach committee
Maintain your Louisville Audubon Society membership, or become a member at a monthly or annual $ contribution that works for you
Learn about and stay up to date on our mission and our programs, such as Lights Out Louisville
Have, or be willing to learn, some bird ID skills (calls; field marks; habitats; behaviors; etc.)
Be willing to support our in-person events (for example, when we staff a table at a local festival or lead bird walks/field trips)
